Raw Freeze delivers fresh fruits and FMCG items locally from Agra with careful handling and simple checkout.

Delivery Area

Delivery is currently available only for serviceable local pincodes configured in the backend. Orders outside serviceable pincodes are not accepted at checkout.

Delivery Timing

Delivery timing depends on order load, stock availability, payment confirmation, and local route planning.

Delivery Charges

Delivery charges are calculated by the delivery rule engine based on order value and shown before order placement.

Return & Refund Policy

Fresh and perishable products need quick reporting. We review valid quality issues fairly and quickly.

Eligible Cases

Wrong product delivered.
Product visibly damaged or spoiled at delivery.
Paid order not delivered.

Reporting Window

Please report issues within 24 hours of delivery with photos and order details.

Refund Method

Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method or as mutually agreed with support.

Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled only before packing or dispatch starts.

Before Packing

You may request cancellation before the order is packed. If already paid, the eligible refund is processed as per payment gateway timelines.

After Packing or Dispatch

Cancellation may not be possible once fresh products have been packed, billed, or dispatched for delivery.
