Raw Freeze uses customer information only to provide ordering, payment, delivery, WhatsApp communication, and customer-support services.
How to submit a request
Email info@rawfreeze.com with the subject Data Deletion Request. Include the mobile or WhatsApp number used with Raw Freeze and, if available, a recent order number.
You may also start a request through WhatsApp at +91 9719500154 . For your protection, we may ask you to confirm the request by email or from the same mobile number.
Information covered
- Name, mobile number, email, and saved delivery address.
- WhatsApp messages and catalog-cart information stored by Raw Freeze.
- Customer-support records and account-linked preferences.
- Other personal information that is not required for legal, accounting, fraud-prevention, or transaction records.
What happens next
We will acknowledge the request, verify that it comes from the correct customer, and complete eligible deletion within 30 days. We will confirm when the request is completed or explain if additional information is required.
Information we may retain
Order, invoice, payment, tax, fraud-prevention, and legal-compliance records may be retained for the period required by applicable law. Where possible, information that is no longer operationally required will be deleted or separated from active customer-service records.
